Nexus 5 could be unveiled October 14, details of Android 4.4 Kit Kat surface

Android_KitKat
Now that we know there will in fact be a Nexus 5, now it’s time to figure out when it will be announced. I think October is a safe bet since that is exactly when they announced the Nexus 4 (late October). Ausdroid is reporting that October 14 could be the date, but I stress that no invites have been sent out. It’s simply a tip.
Furthermore, this tipster has some things to say about Android 4.4 Kit Kat. Since it’s 0.1 bump, it probably won’t be a major update, but it does have a new name, which indicates we should see some interesting changes or enhancements. Ausdroid was able to get a feature list and they include….
  • Firmware availability to older phones
  • Fragmentation changes (screen resizing)
  • Miracast updates
  • New Gallery Visualisation
  • New APIs regarding animations
  • Change android default blue to other preset palette colours
  • New notification widgets
Again all of this is a rumor, but nothing here seems out of the question. What would you guys like to see in Android 4.4?
